Importance of Raw Material in LED Screen Life Span
An LED Video wall is a flat panel display that uses light emitting diodes as the video display. An LED display panel can be either a small display or part of a larger display. An LED panel consists of several LEDs, whereas an LED display consists of several LED panels. LEDs used in order to make up LED displays offer several advantages in comparison to other light emitting sources.
ICs: IC is Integrated Circuit having millions of transistors capable of storing millions of binary digits of information on semi-conductor wafer. This is very fragile so protected by plastic package called chip.
Chip:The plastic package containing IC wafer and metal legs sticking out for electrical connection is called Chip. This chip is placed on PCB board to manages and control the working of LED bulbs.
Packing: Packing is also an important part. Cabinet will packed in good quality of fight case so that it can’t damage LED Bulb and mask.
Power Supply: A power supply converts mains AC to low-voltage regulated DC power for the internal components of a LED Cabinet.
PCB: PCBBoard contains the main circuit designing for the LED Cabinet. The Layer count of PCB board specifies the quality. Higher the layer count, better the quality.
Cabinet Material: In indoor/rental cabinet we useAluminum Die Cast or Aluminum material and in Outdoor Fixed Cabinets we use Iron Material.
Accessories: Power and single connectors in cabinet plays and vital role for connecting whole wall to manage complete display. The cabinets joining each other using signal wire connector and Power connectors.
